What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Updates all libraries and bindings to support upcoming arduino-cli 1.0.0.
At the time of writing, the LS with this patch should be run with a nightly build of the Arduino CLI or with a version strictly greater than >0.35.0.

  • Upgrades of libraries
  • Updated gRPC API for upcoming arduino-cli 1.0.0
  • Removed useless binding of arduino-cli golang packages
  • Removed outdated executils library

What is the current behavior?
